DFWHIMA Fall 2019 Workshop

Friday, November 8, 2019

8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

DFW HIMA Community Project

In addition to our wonderful schedule of speakers, we would again like to provide an opportunity to support one of our local community organizations. For this workshop, we will be collecting food items for Lovepacs.org.

Lovepacs serves children on the free and reduced lunch program through area public schools. They provide mostly non-perishable, easy to open, and minimal cooking food items for children that may otherwise not have meals on weekends or extended breaks from school. In addition, they provide school counselors with stocked snack closets and hygiene products they may distribute to children who demonstrate a need.
