Andrew Woughter - 8:30am - 9:30am
Andrew Woughter is the Senior Vice President of Product Strategy at nThrive. He has been automating healthcare revenue cycle processes with bots for 17 years, training others how to use automation platforms, and directed the introduction and development of Robotic Process Automation as a capability at nThrive. He is a proven revenue cycle executive with many years of experience leading revenue cycle teams as well as experience in governmental regulation of health insurance. He has led revenue cycle teams for a broad variety of provider types, and has significant experience working with software and services vendors to improve revenue cycle processes and solutions. He has demonstrated success through strategic vision and innovation and development of custom tools to enhance revenue cycle solutions. Andrew is a graduate of Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, and lives in Texas with his wife and two sons, ages 3 and 6. He loves taking the family to Disney and seeing the magic on his kids faces.
Jeannie Hennum - 9:30am - 10:30am
Joining ChartFast in June 2016, Jeannie Hennum serves as the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for developing relationships with health plans and health systems, and automating the request and delivery of medical records between those parties. With expertise in the areas of quality initiatives, risk adjustment programs, release of information and claims adjudication, Ms. Hennum also provides consultative services to the healthcare industry that includes speaking engagements and publications in the areas of audits, best practices for health information management, and medical record retrieval. Prior to joining ChartFast, Ms. Hennum worked at several healthcare information solutions companies, including serving as a Senior Vice President for CIOX Health (formerly HealthPort), a Regional Director at Outcomes Health (now Change Healthcare), a Vice President for Health Solutions Plus, and President/CEO at Linnaeus, Inc. Ms. Hennum is a former Board Member for the State University of New York Children's Center at Cortland.
Guy McAllister - 10:45am - 11:45am
Guy McAllister is the Director of Privacy and Security Solutions for Iatric Systems, with responsibility over Security Audit Manager, Haystack, Partner Risk Manager and SecureRamp. McAllister has served in healthcare IT leadership for 19 years, primarily in the role of CIO. He has been instrumental in bringing the benefits of information technology to the rural settings in both the ambulatory and acute environments. He was an early implementer of a private HIE in rural Georgia. Under his leadership, HIT provided the foundation for initiatives around clinical integration, ACO development and robust population health analytics. McAllister holds a MA in Education, and is a member of the HHS Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act (CISA) 405(d) Task Force, while also serving as Secretary/Treasurer of the board for Community Health IT. Guy McAllister is passionate about privacy and security and uses his background to educate organizations in the area of cybersecurity.
Janelle L. Polzer, JD - 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Janelle Polzer is a Senior Benefits Advisor with the Boston Regional Office of the U. S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA). Ms. Polzer provides direct technical and compliance assistance to plan participants and their beneficiaries, administrators, fiduciaries, services providers and other interested parties regarding their rights and obligations under the statutory and regulatory provisions of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA and related legislation. In addition, Ms. Polzer trains and mentors new staff members joining EBSA. Prior to joining EBSA, Ms. Polzer served as a law clerk for the Department of Justice, United States Attorney's office in Boston. She was a part of the Health Care Fraud Unit, working on national pharmaceutical investigations. Ms. Polzer obtained her Bachelor's Degree, cum laude, from Emmanuel College in 2006. Ms. Polzer earned her JD from Nova Southeastern University and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November 2011.
Rebecca G. De Chellis, JD - 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Rebecca De Chellis is a Benefits Advisor with the Boston Regional Office of the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration. In her role as a Benefits Advisor, Ms. De Chellis provides technical assistance to plan participants and administrators regarding their rights and obligations relating to employer sponsored benefits plans. She also conducts outreach and education on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and related laws throughout New England. Before joining EBSA, Ms. De Chellis worked for the City of Boston as Investigator in the Office of Fair Housing and Equity, conducting civil rights investigations. She completed her undergraduate studies in Criminal Justice and Political Science at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. She is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 2017.
Robin Ingalls-Fitzgerald, CCS, CPC, FCS, CEDC, CEMC - 1:45pm - 2:45pm
Robin, Company Founder, CEO and President, has been in the health care industry for over 35 years. She has been a medical coder for nearly 25 years and holds certifications with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). She has expertise in E & M coding in both the Emergency Department and practice settings. Robin's knowledge of Medicare coding and billing guidelines, NCD's, LCD's and NCCI edits is an invaluable resource to facility and practice billing departments, facilitating accurate claims submission, reducing claims rejections, and eliminating costly rework. Robin is actively involved in her community, having served on the NH Economic Development Task Force, the historic district committee and the downtown re-vitalization committee. She is engaged in philanthropic activities including The Go Gray in May 5K, benefiting The National Brain Tumor Society, backpacks for children in the Newfound area and many others.

You will receive two emails once you join – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).
If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
During the week following the meeting, all paid attendees will receive an email with a link to the online evaluation and a CE certificate.
