This 10-week weight loss program is broken down into 2 phases.
Phase 1: Lose It! To jump-start your weight loss in a safe and healthy way, this phase uses satisfying HMR meal replacements during the day and a balanced meal at dinner. Lose up to 5 to 8 pounds in the first few weeks. Phase 2: Live It! Continue to lose 1-2 pounds a week after transitioning off meal replacements. This phase of the program will focus on simple steps you can take to eat well; the organized kitchen and meal planning; health boosting strategies; and beyond food - making every step count.
