Simple Strength
Description: Easy and effective 30 minute senior exercise class that includes elements of strength, balance and flexibility. Have fun and move to the music through a varied exercise program designed to increase muscle strength, range of motion and activity for daily living. Participants can be standing or seated throughout the class. No class week of August 10.
