Summit Goals

Together, participants will:

  • Review all components of Adolescent Champion Model implementation;
  • Learn how to access Core Content modules and facilitate Sparks (mini-professional development sessions) on topics related to adolescent care;
  • Review data from the ACE-AP, youth surveys, and staff/clinician surveys, and begin action planning for the implementation phase with their Champion team.
