As many members as possible from each Champion Team are strongly encouraged to attend.


Details

Join us for our first gathering of Wisconsin's second cohort of Adolescent Champions. Champions from across the state will learn important elements of the Adolescent Champion Model and participate in action planning for the upcoming implementation phase.


Summit Goals

Together, participants will:

  • Review all components of Adolescent Champion Model implementation;
  • Learn how to access Core Content modules and facilitate Sparks (mini-professional development sessions) on topics related to adolescent care;
  • Review data from the ACE-AP, youth surveys, and staff/clinician surveys, and begin action planning for the implementation phase with their Champion team.

About HCET
For over 21 years Health Care Education and Training (HCET) has provided education, training and technical assistance, program development, grants management and evaluation services to professionals, health care systems, community based organizations and state and local government agencies.
