Unity 2017 honors the champions who have worked to prevent HIV, STDs, and Viral Hepatitis in Indiana. Presenters will highlight current evidence-based and best practices for prevention and care. Unity will provide an opportunity for the foot-soldiers of HIV/STD/Viral Hepatitis organizations in Indiana to share local and regional successes.
Registration will begin at 12:00 pm on Thursday with the first session starting at 12:30 pm. There will be two plenary sessions and two rounds of breakouts. Topics will include:
This semi-formal banquet will honor the champions who have worked diligently to prevent HIV, STDs, and Viral Hepatitis throughout the years in Indiana. Please join us on Thursday at 6:00 pm for hors d'oeuvres followed by dinner at 7:00 pm. The banquet will be a great time to reconnect with individuals in the field and to build new relationships.

Unity 2017 is excited to welcome Greg Louganis, Olympic Diver and LGBT Activist, as the luncheon keynote speaker on Friday. Mr. Louganis will be interviewed about his efforts for equality and HIV awareness. There will be ample time to ask questions.
The registration fee is $30.00.
This fee includes dinner on Thursday evening, as well as a light breakfast and lunch on Friday.
If your agency receives funding from the Indiana State Department of Health, and you live over 50 miles from Indianapolis, you may be eligible to receive assistance for overnight accommodations for the evening of Thursday, October 19th. Additional details can be found on the registration page.
