2013 Lunch and Learn Series: Get In, Get Out, Get Going

Event Description: This lunch time presentation will teach you the fundamentals of interval training – the fastest way to burn calories! We all know how hard it is to make time for the gym, yet some of these workouts can be performed within the walls of your own home and do not require equipment. You will learn safe and easy workouts that are sure to leave you feeling energized and ready to conquer the rest of the day!
