Exercise Your Brain 28-Day Challenge
Monday, June 3, 2019 through Sunday, June 30, 2019
During this 28-day challenge, you will learn the importance of brain health and how to maintain your mental health as you age. There are many lifestyle factors that play a role in brain health. Research shows mental fitness, physical activity, proper sleep and an active social life are a few of the most important life-style attributes for maintaining your brain.
Throughout the 28-day challenge, you will practice at least two of the following brain health focus areas each day!
1. Mental Fitness
2. Physical Activity
3. Sleeping Soundly
4. Social Interactions
Participants will receive educational materials, weekly emails and have access to unlimited telephonic health coaching. Participants will report their progress using the Be Well Solutions web portal at portal.bewelldata.com.
Registered participants will receive an email notification from Be Well at the start of the challenge and each week thereafter. Participants will be eligible for a random drawing to keep you motivated and support your wellness goals. Winners will be announced throughout the challenge.
You must participate in all four weeks of this challenge to qualify for wellness incentive reward points. This challenge is worth 20 reward points.
