Course Description:

Internal audits are a requirement of all food safety certification schemes (SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000). This course teaches the fundamentals of quality auditing principles, the establishment of food safety and quality criteria, and how to develop and implement an effective internal audit program.

Goranka has over 30 years of experience in training, auditing, and consulting government and food companies on food safety & quality systems. Working with clients’ cross-departmental teams, Goranka spearheads the establishment of effective food safety management programs.

Goranka has continually helped food facilities achieve a higher rating in their Food Safety & Quality Certifications. Additionally, two different customers that Goranka consulted with were awarded “The Best use of the BRC Global Standards to drive change” at the BRC Food Safety Americas 2016 and “2017 winners of the GFSI Awards” at the GFSI conference.

Goranka is the winner of the BRC consultant of the  year award in 2018.
