Details
Target Audience: Paraprofessionals working with students. This learning opportunity discusses trauma and its effect on our students. Developed by NTDSE Social Workers through the lens of a trauma-informed approach, the training offers insight into understanding what trauma is and how it impacts individuals in our communities. Learners will discuss risk and protective (resiliency) factors, as well as identifying strategies when working with students who have experienced trauma.

Credits
- .5 ISBE Clock Hours (CPDUs) will be provided for all registrants
To receive credits for this event:
1) Register online
2) Sign in at the event
3) Complete the Event Evaluation that will be sent via email within 1 week after the event.
4) Upon completion of the evaluation, your Certificate of Attendance (CEUs/CPDUs) will be automatically generated and sent via email.
