Target Audience: All Educators
Developed by the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), this course teaches staff to respond effectively to the warning signs that someone is beginning to lose control. It also addresses how staff can deal with their own stress, anxiety and emotions when confronted with challenging situations.

Registration is free of charge for NTDSE staff (D807) and all members staff (Districts 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 73.5 and 74).
Registration is $200 for the training for non-NTDSE and non-member district staff.

- 5 ISBE Clock Hours (CPDUs) will be provided for all registrants
- 5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be provided for each day of the training for Speech-Language Pathologists and Social Workers.
To receive credits for this event:
1) Register online
2) Sign in at the event
3) Complete the Event Evaluation that will be sent via email within 1 week after the event.
4) Upon completion of the evaluation, your Certificate of Attendance (CEUs/CPDUs) will be automatically generated and sent via email.
*** Please keep your Certificate for your records. NTDSE is unable to resend previously sent evaluations and Certificates of Attendance (CEUs/ CPDUs).
