Participants will review the essential components for appropriate IEP development for a Multilingual Learner (ML)/ English Language Learner (ELL). (Review from previous session). Participants will practice reviewing IEPs and compare PLOPs, language goals, between monolingual students and Bilingual Special Education (BSE) students.
