This professional development package describes the Diploma and Graduation types that are available to New York state students.
Targeted audience including but not limited to, general and special education administrators, special education teachers, school counselors, school psychologists and other related service providers.
Participants will recognize and identify:
The definition of self-determination and its relation to determining individualized diploma and graduation options
The credit requirements for graduation in NYS
The Multiple Pathways to Graduation 4 + 1 Option requirements for all students
