School-based and borough support staff participants will gain knowledge and skills that will support them in implementing best practices in transition planning at the Middle School level. Participants will also review the Career Development and Occupational Studies (CDOS) Learning Standards and make connections between the CDOS Learning Standards and effective transition planning practices.
