School-based and borough support staff participants will gain knowledge and skills that will support them in understanding the core principles of college and career readiness and planning for students with an IEP through remote and in-person learning. Participants will engage in transition planning that explores measurable postsecondary goals (MPSG) and coordinated set of transition activities (CTA).
