This session will serve as an opportunity to progress monitor the effectiveness of school-based systems and structures in supporting measurable postsecondary goal setting and attainment for students with IEPs or 504s. Participants will analyze a variety of data to reflect on transition planning strengths and struggles within their learning community and begin planning for SY 2023-24.
