COVID-19 has impacted all of us individually and collectively. Wellness has come to the forefront of education as it relates to staff, students and community. The Roadmap prioritizes staff wellness which is the focus of this training along with incorporating mindfulness practices personally and professionally. Once staff have established their own practices they have the opportunity of incorporating these practices into their virtual or in-person classrooms.
