Curious about starting a meditation practice or struggling to stick with it? Then this series is for you! Find deeper relaxation and combat heightened levels of anxiety and stress. Through this series, participants will learn what meditation is, experience the benefits of a meditation practice, explore several meditation techniques...choosing those that are most suitable for them, and discuss how to create a sustainable practice moving forward. No former experience is required. Each week please bring a journal/pen, comfortable, loose clothes, and an open mind!
