Date:  November 7 thru January 9 (no class 11/28, 12/26)
Time:  8:30 am to 9:30 am

Class Description

Have you wanted to get stronger and learn how to safely and effectively lift weights, but you've shied away due to the expense of personal training and lack of expertise? Look no further! Join the trainers at RWL Weightlifting, Inc. for a step-by-step beginners weight training class for women - an eight-week weight training session of fundamentals in a friendly and supportive environment.

NOTE: All training classes require a signed waiver.
Please DOWNLOAD WAIVER, complete and bring with you on your first day.




RWL Weightlifting's intent is to use weightlifting as a vehicle to create structure in a person’s life, to help develop strong people physically and emotionally.
