Class Description

Participate in this very important two-night workshop to learn realistic self-defense strategies for women from age 16 to 65. Officer Tara Lagoa discusses risk reduction and avoidance, situational awareness, how to trust your intuition, and basic hands-on self-defense techniques. This is a great set of classes for mothers and daughters to attend together. Please dress comfortably and wear sneakers. We encourage you to attend this vital two-night workshop which will include Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) System. Learn how to put power into your own hands.

Instructor

Franklin Police Officers Tara Lagoa & Leeanne Baker are veteran officers with patrol experience in several local police agencies. They are certified instructor/trainers in women’s self-defense and Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) System.
