Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be received by K-State Polytechnic Professional Education and Outreach by 5:00 pm on the registration deadline on Thursday, March 29, 2018. Refunds will only be honored if the cancellation is received by the registration deadline. Refunds will be assessed a $27.50 processing fee. Cancellations received after the deadline, are not eligible for a refund. Registrants who do not cancel their registration are responsible for the registration fee even if they do not attend and have not paid the fee.

K-State Polytechnic Professional Education and Outreach may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled or postponed, the Professional Education and Outreach office will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, or travel agencies.

Payment Method

The contact person listed on your registration form will receive an invoice via email. If that person is you then you need to forward the invoice to your accounts payable department.

Payment must be received by Thursday, March 29, 2018. If payment is not received by the deadline you will not be allowed to attend.

Publicity Statement

Registration for this event gives consent for photographs, publicity, and inclusion on the participant list unless K-State Polytechnic Professional Education and Outreach is notified in writing at profed@k-state.edu prior to the start date.
