Demo of Available Media Equipment
LIT has purchased several types of media equipment to support audio and video needs in the classroom. Our staff will be providing a demo of the different types of equipment, including how to set it up as well as how it can be integrated with Microsoft Teams, BbCollaborate Ultra and Kaltura for recordings. *Due to room capacity there will be a maximum of 20 participants allowed. *Social distancing and safety protocol will be followed: Please wear masks.

Canvas Connections: Tools for Building Engagement
This session will provide useful introductions and training on the communication tools available in Canvas such Announcements, Calendar, Discussions, Collaborate Ultra, the new Teams integration and much more. This training will prepare instructors to build an engaging and connected online course community. This session will provide demonstration as well as time for questions and application of knowledge.

Coaching and Supporting Students in using Microsoft Teams
Teams has become a valuable tool for collaboration and communication for all of us and students can benefit from using Teams as well. This session is designed for staff who need their student workers to communicate regularly, share a calendar, split up tasks on a list, or collaborate on editing documents. It will also be beneficial for instructors who want their students to study together and to collaborate on group projects.
