After completion, you are encouraged to take Part II, with focus on your role in your Rotary club, and then Part III builds on what you have learned and focuses on programs, techniques and collaboration essential to continue your 'Rotary journey'.

Courses include Rotary & Ethics, Strategic Planning & Analysis, Targeted Service, Attracting Members., and Team Building. Part I is a prerequisite. After completion, you are encouraged to complete RLI, and graduate by taking the Part III Course. Part III builds on what you have learned and focuses on programs, techniques and collaboration essential to continue your 'Rotary journey'.
