Sound Meditation with Gongs & Himalayan Singing Bowls
Experience the soothing healing sounds of Gongs & Himalayan Singing Bowls and float peacefully away in bliss. The sweet vibrations of these instruments envelop a room, inducing relaxation where deep meditative states clear, cleanse and wash away the stresses of everyday life. Clinical studies have shown that sound can boost the immune system, decrease stress hormones, lower heart-rate and blood pressure as well as induce alpha and theta brain way patterns which are associated with the production of endorphins, the body's natural pain killers. The gongs & bowls calming songs enter into the body in targeted ways to balance, heal, restore feelings of well-being, reduced pain, along with feelings of peace, joy, confidence, more energy and clarity of thought. All you have to do is allow yourself to be swept away.
