ImPACT Testing - Baseline
ImPACT (Immediate Post-Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing) is a computerized test of memory, reaction time, processing speed and concentration. Baseline testing is recommended for individuals between the ages of 10 and 59 who participate in sports or other activities where there is a potential for a concussion to occur. Individuals who have a past history of a concussion and are symptom free may also be appropriate for baseline testing.

This is a medically-based yoga class specifically designed for MS patients. The session will help participants increase strength, balance and flexibility. There is an emphasis on safe modification of yoga moves to help participants allow and work with their current physical capability. Relaxation techniques will help participants reduce mental stress often related to chronic conditions. This class is a combination of mat and chair yoga. No experience required.
