Lunch and Learn: Meditation for Everyone
Meditation helps to quiet the mind and release us from worry. For many people, though, the goal of clearing our minds of thoughts seems impossible to attain. This class teaches easy methods that focus on the process, rather than the goal. Participants will learn meditation exercises that help the body and mind to become relaxed and centered. We will also learn how the relaxation and peace of mind attained through meditation can help you gain a more positive outlook on life. We will have a short meditation demonstration at the end of class.

Achieving Personal Balance will provide MOTIVATION and guidance to achieving a balance between work, home, friends, and private downtime. Without personal balance, it can create havoc on your mind and body by feeling over-extended, stressed and tired. It's time to regain control of your mental, physical and emotional health by learning how to create your own personal balance.

Lunch and Learn: Emotional Roots of Clutter
The personal environment clients create often is a physical manifestation of how they are feeling on the inside. Clutter has emotional roots. What's the source of their accumulation: Guilt? Fear? Sadness? Anger? Any of these underlying emotions can result in avoidance, indecision and lack of motivation clearing away material items that represent uncomfortable feelings can help clients to address and release them.
